"Sydney Wildlife World" Sydney Wildlife World Tip by thescene

Sydney Wildlife World, Sydney: 4 reviews and 12 photos

The Sydney Wildlife World is an indoor wildlife facility located in Darling Harbour beside the Sydney Aquarium. Opened in 1996 is divided in to different sections such as Rainforests, Kakadu Gorge and the Koala Rooftop. Of course you can see the world famous Koala Bears, Kangaroos and Crocs. There are many interactive exhibits and most of them have information available. There are regular lectures such as Koala Talk and Croc Talk which you can attend and is inclusive in your ticket. There is even an opportunity to touch a koala. The think the only thing I don't like about the facility is that most of the animals are enclosed unlike some other zoos in Australia. The park is open everyday from 9AM-5PM and you can purchase a single ticket or a Explore 4 pass which will entitle you to enter the Sydney Aquarium, Manly Ocean World and Sydney Tower.
