Another church that I found on the way down the hill from the Castelo de São Jorge, this is located very near the Igreja de Santa Luzia. It was founded in the twelfth century and according to some authors was modified between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries. It had been completely rebuilt in 1773 because of damage caused by the 1755 earthquake, taking some elements of construction including the porch.

Address: Rua de Santiago
Directions: Located throughout the city.
