This Grade II listed building is the a civic building. Leeds City Council's Headquarters are based there including the Lord Mayor, the Councillors and The Chief Executive. Vincent Harris designed the building which was completed in 1931 and opened by King George V in 1933.

The beautiful building with the sculptured golden owls and clock are situated on Millennium Square.
