Det Biovidenskabelige Fakultets Have (known as "The Garden") is part of the University of Copenhagen and is a small hidden botanical garden at Bülowsvej on Frederiksberg, a few kilometres outside the city centre. The garden was laid out in 1858 and today there are about 6,000 different plants and flowers in the garden. Det Biovidenskabelige Fakultets Have is not as impressive as the Botanical Garden in the city centre, but if you have an special interest in plants and flowers the garden could be interesting to visit.
But it is also a great place for a rest and on a sunny day you'll find many locals sunbathing or relaxing around the garden. Nice with the small pond, the walking paths, and the many green areas.
