the philippine's answer to the Iconic International House of Pancakes (IHOP) but ironically, IHOP is now present in the Philippines as well and is competing with locally with Pancake House. Pancake house is owned by the Pancake House Group which also owns the teriyaki boy, Sizzling Pepper Lunch and Dencio's Restaurant Groups here in the philippines and it was recently bought the the Max's Restaurant Chain (owner of the local Philippine Style Fried Chicken Restaurants). Pancake House is an institution in the Philippinbes that started in the early 1970's when there was a dearth of Restaurants and Pancake Mixes where just bought at Supermarkets. They popularize local style pancakes (the difference between Philippine Pancakes and American Panckakes is the abscence of Butter Milk in the Former). Besides the various kinds of pancakes with dips, they also offer assorted pasta, pizza, spaghetti, salads, fried chicken, tacos, nachos and also local and USDA Steaks too.
They have many branches around the country, this is their brancgh at the Magallanes Arcade in Makati City.
