Walking around the Rynek Glowny market square is a pleasure at any time of the day especially when the weather is nice. The only problem I had at lunch time was that of the choice of a restaurant. The perimeter is a bit more than 800 m and there must be not less than 50 bars or restaurants on this square all with terraces.

After some hesitation I looked at the menu of restaurant Europejska located on the north-west corner of the market, there was a table free under a parasol so that I took my chance.
I had an agreeable lunch, the view from the terrace on the St. Mary's Basilica and the Town Hall Tower was nice, less nice was the Cloth Hall because of the works.
The service was correct as well as the food. I choose a pork loin with mushrooms and cheese sauce (of with there was not enough on my teller) at 39 PLN but what I liked most was the wonderful tasting dark beer Porter from Okocim brewery (11 PLN for 0.5 L).

Inside is very stylish with mainly red and brown colours.
