As you get out of the Caticlan Airport, walk to the right where you'll see a ticket booth. That is where you will pay for the tricycle ride from the airport to Jetty Port, the boat ride from Jetty Port to Boracay Port, as well as other incidental expenses.

Following is a breakdown of expenses, as of our latest trip:

Tricycle: P50.00 / 3 pax*
Environmental fee: P50/pax**
Terminal fee: P50/pax**
Pump Boat: P25/pax**

*You will give the tricycle driver the ticket for the tricycle ride.
**Upon reaching the Jetty Port, you'll present these tickets

Additional Expenses:
(Optional) Porter's Fee: P20/item
Another Terminal Fee @ Caticlan Port: P50.00/pax if you are not a resident of Boracay

Travel Time:
Caticlan Airport to Jetty Port: 5 minutes
Jetty Port To Boracay Port: 20 minutes

Important to know:
The earliest regular boat trip is 5am, and the last trip is about 10pm. Earlier or later than the regular schedule, you have to make arrangements directly with the people at the port for chartered boat. Prevailing charter rate was P1,500 as of our recent trip.
