"Taxi's" Taxis Tip by anglosaxon

Taxis, Prague: 21 reviews and 4 photos

Absolutely DO NOT take taxi's around the centrum (Airport taxis are expensive but, fixed price). You cannot trust anybody anymore. Taxi drivers are allowed to charge pretty much what they want, so long as they display the charges 'CLEARLY' on their vehicle. This means somewhere on the vehicle usually on the outside of the door caked in dirt or on the inside on some illegible plastic card. This is easily the quickest way to spoil your trip to Prague. I you have to take one, go into a large hotel and get them to order one for you.
