"What would the best itinerary - 3 days in Prague???"
We spent five days in PRAGUE, but I think in three days, you will see quite a bit.
Day 1 - Old Town Square, with its famous Astronomical Clock - Our Lady Before Tyn - St Nicholas Church
Wenceslas Square - National Museum

Day 2 Jewish Quarter - Josefov Section - Old-New Synagogue - Old Jewish Cemetery - Jewish Museum - Statue of Franz Kafka - Spanish Synagogue on Shiroka St.
Also here are many little out of the way restaurants featuring local Czech cuisine and not nearly as expensive as in the Old Town Square.

Day 3 Castle District - Cross the Vitava River via the Charles Bridge (also wonderful to walk here in the evening)
Visit St. Nicholas Church (entry fee was only 50CZK when we were there) - also go up to the Church's Look-out Tower for wonderful panoramic views of Old Town.
