La Torre del sol: "Large campground" Cambrils Hotel Tip by Terje1966

Camping La Torre del Sol is about 7km to the south of Cambrills. The place has a lot of mobile homes and tents to rent. You can also bring your own tent or camper. The campground has a nice and long beach and a large pool area with two big outdoor jacuzzi`s. A lot of restaurants and bars can be found there.
The mobile homes or tents you can find there is ovned by companies like Vacansolieil and others as well as by the campground itself.

This area is easy to reach from Barcelona with train or rental car.
It should be a perfect holliday for children as it is also not far away from the Port Aventura park in Salou.
If you rent a mobilehome make sure you find one with aircondition so that you can close the windows. We had to many moskitos in our bedroom at night.
It may also be a good idea to check out more than Vacansoleil.
