The drug store lunch counter is getting to be as scarce as hen's teeth. Mechanicsville is blessed by two of them: Mechanicsville Drug Store and Westbury. It is on the Mechanicsville Turnpike Bypass at a shopping centre anchored by the flea market and Dollar General store. Some of these lunch counters only have seating at the counter, but there are tables and even booths. Also, the menu is more extensive than many of the remaining counters.

Favorite Dish: I had chicken tenders with a double order of fries with barbecue sauce on the side. The chicken was good, but the fries need to be seasoned a little more.
