"I tried these hotels:Hyllit..." Antwerp Hotel Tip by mauro_pd

Antwerp Hotels: 135 reviews and 146 photos

I tried these hotels:

Hyllit (a little bit 'cold' atmosphere but quite nice, especially for breakfast); Ibis (small but comfortable rooms), Plaza (wonderful feeling with rooms ok even if not as good as Hyllit), Antwerp Tower apart-hotel (it is ok but a little bit expensive for an apart-hotel).

For a long term staying a 'studio' (small flat) rent is the best solution: ask one of the many agencies in Antwerp (I was with Sofimmo in Belgielei). My studio was in Kastraat,1 a very central area (in front of the Steen, across the street) and it was a monthly fee of 570 euros but lower fee are due for not so central locations. Laundry are quite present in Antwerp so it is not really needed to have a washing-machine in your studio, this can save money.

Price Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: Hyllit is near Central Station; Ibis is closer to the shopping mall, Plaza is few minutes walking from Hyllit, Antwerp-tower is close to Hyllit.
