The museum is housed in MacArthur Chambers which is the building where General Douglas MacArthur had his headquarters in WWII when he was Commander in Chief of the Allied Forces in the South West Pacific area.
Here you can actually sit at his office desk and here too, you can learn the story of Brisbane at War.

Opening hours: 10am to 3pm Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
