For Absolute Surf beach-front dining The Mooloolaba Surf Club cannot be beaten. Located "on the beach" at the southern end of The Esplanade, Mooloolaba it provides magnificent outlooks over the beach and the seascape. Surfing theme is evident not just the great view - a surf boat and surf boards adorn the ceiling spaces and the entry foyer has a beaut depiction of surf life-saving of the ages.
Meals:
There is a huge range of options. All food groups are covered and there is a range of prices to suit all diners.
The Cavery serves a choice of meats & cooked vegetables for approx. $15
The Char Grill has steaks average price $25.
The Seafood selection is huge and prices vary from $16.50 for calamari and chips to $60 for a Hot & Cold Seafood Platter for 2 persons.
All meals include a salad bar selection.
There are snacks available at all times of the day.
Gluten Free and Vegetarian meals are available and children are well catered for with at least 8 choices each at $9.90 which includes an ice-cream cone for dessert.
There is a range of beers on tap and in bottle as well as wines in bottle and by the glass. All at reasonable prices.

Members, their guests and visitors are expected to be well presented, clean, neat and tidy at all times when utilizing the club facilities. Non-members are required to sign in before entry.

Favorite Dish: We recently visited the club on two nights when we had our grandson with us and were delighted by the service and the area at the southern end of the room where most families with children were dining.
Madam was more than happy with her meals on both nights ( fish of the day & Atlantic Salmon). He had the Beef Burger on both occassions - too good to miss after the first experience. The kid was very happy with his Nippers meal followed by ice-cream.
We'll be back next visit to Mooloolaba.
