Favorite thing: I don't know where this would fit best, so I have decided to add it to the general section.
We have the usual age limits for drinking alcohol in public or buying alcohol somewhere (supermarket, gas stations, kiosks, etc).

But since there is an increasing binge-drinking behaviour among the kids - as much as one can in the shortest time - the state of Baden-Württemberg has new laws out since March 2010. It is now forbidden to sell liquor during night hours (= 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.) to anyone of any age. This however is only valid for off-premises sales, like in said gas stations, supermarkets etc. If a gas station has the licence to sell food for example, this law is not valid.
