I LOVE THIS SHOP!
IT is crammed full of country style giftware, beautiful little ornaments, country prints, aussie hand painted cards, basket ware, cute shelf sitters, [I bought a pair], a large range of farm animals including roosters and cows and sheep, jewellery, collectables, curios, photo albums, so much, and there is so much of interest, AND prices are good too!
A good place to buy something unique from Australia.
Free gift wrapping available!
The shop is the old Courthouse , which served as a Community hall, Courthouse and Police Station until 1962. The building was then relocated to Kallangur and converted for use as the North Pine Baptist Church.
In 1982, it was moved to Old Petrie Town, to be the first building relocated at Hyde Village.
It is the oldest known preserved building in the Shire.
