Israel has several International airports, the main of which is the Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. If you follow to the South Region you’d better use Eilat or Uvda airports. But large wide-body aircrafts cannot operate from Eilat Airport because of its short runway. That’s why most international flights land at Uvda instead of Eilat about 60 km from it.
I bought two-way flight of Aeroflot Russian Airlines from Moscow to Uvda and back and it was very convenient to start and finish my trip there.
