This bar is run by an American so tends to attract a large foreign and English speaking crowd. They have a good selection of import beers also. Its a very friendly place.

Address: On bar street parallel to Walking Street
Directions: In the middle of walking street there is a stage - turn onto the street behind the stage, about 1/2 a block later turn right onto the alley full of bars. Hooligan's is near the end of the alley/street.
