Ye Olde Bull: "An Old Pub" Caerleon Restaurant Tip by Balam

This is a Fantastic pub in the middle of Caerleon it looked old from the outside due to some drooping window sills but when we entered it was evident that the pub is really old, the sign outside says 15th Century but the name of this inn may well have been derived from the arms of a John Morgan who resided here at sometime in the Sixteenth Century.
In 1925 the inn underwent some extensive rebuilding and what was an excellent example of a Sixteenth Century building was changed and now the rough casting of the exterior walls not only covers old doorways and windows but it also hides much of the original construction.
When inside you can see some great architecture and what appears to be a fortified wall going through the building.
