"And why not visit Lucca ?..." Italy Things to Do Tip by mauro_pd

And why not visit Lucca ? Again in Tuscany, not so far away from Pistoia, and closer to the sea than that, this small interesting city has an historical centre larger than Pistoia's one. Being honest outside the historical walls the city is not beautiful at all (messy ...) but inside it is an amazing place.

Avoid the Napoleon Hotel: the price you pay is too high for the quality you get ... for a wonderful dinner reach Capannori (a very small village quite close to Lucca) and ask for the restaurant 'Forino'. There's also an almost new hotel in Capannori called Guinigi which is quite better than mentioned Napoleon.
Historical extended centre ...
