Bai Ta Si- White Pagoda Temple, Beijing: 1 reviews and 4 photos
This temple and pagoda was first build in 1092 by a Liao emperor. In 1271 Kublai Khan totally reconstructed the pagoda in the Tibetan style. The temple now houses a great collection of Bronces and Tibetan Thangkas.
Today the temple is more a museum than a working temple. But there are monks living in it and you can see Tibetan prayer flags around.
