Not all of Grand Teton National Park's most stunning sights require a strenuous hike. There are some incredibly beautiful spots very much accessible by road. One of the prettiest is the Chapel of the Transformation. This little log cabin church was built in 1925 and though simple it does have what could very well be the most beautiful alter piece of any cathedral in the world: The Grand Tetons sit framed for all the congregation to gaze upon. This is one church I think even I could find myself every Sunday morning.

Directions: The Chapel of the Transformation can be found close to Moose Junction just off the park road. There is a nice little picnic table there, perfect if a bit nippy for breakfast when the light is great.
