Bugis Junction is a large, modern shopping centre with a cinema, which connects to Hotel Intercontinental and is open daily for 10am - 10 pm.
Bugis Village,(day & night market) has narrow corridors and is crammed with small stalls selling cheap clothes, bags, watches and food. It can be hot and stifling because of being crammed full of people!
There are umpteen stalls here, selling all kinds of food, so there is no need to go hungry!
