Favorite thing: It seems that the City Hall at the Praça 5 Outubro Square is the place where all things come together at Cascais.

Around the square you find:
-Câmara Municipal de Cascais (City hall)
-O'Neill's Irish Pub
-Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes church
-Hotel Baia
-Ribeira Beach

and the statue of Dom Pedro I in the middle of it all.

BTW There's a letter box at the city hall.
