So just what is "off the beaten path" from Hells Gate?.....I bet you are wondering? ...... lol.
Well I guess the QLD/NT Border might be.... ;o)
So........ way outback in the middle of nowhere..... we came across the border. Not much there.
.......Just a cattle grid....and a sign :o)

Now that a good sign...better than going in from Boulia
Boulia?... Ahhh yes, the Mt Isa way. Not much in Boulia haha :o)
Not via Mt Isa ...you cross near Boulia...The Plenty Highway eventually..Oh yes it was fun...we met some locals and went back to dance in the streets and visit properties...and the Min Min lights!
