"Pho Pasteur" Pho Pasteur Tip by acemj
Pho Pasteur, Boston: 9 reviews and 7 photos
That's my buddy Biju (VT member Zack01) on the right and me on the left enjoying a great meal (good Vietnamese food).
The location makes this place very desirable. We would have loved to have sat outside on the cafe style tables on Newbury Street, but the wait was too long. Pho, if you don't know, is a light Vietnames soup specialty that is filled with various meats or vegetables to your specifications and served with fresh basil and sprouts.
Favorite Dish: The food was really good here. The chef goes for a Vietnamese fusion style with a great deal of success.

Directions: On Newbury Street in the ritzy, beautiful, lively and historic Back Bay neighborhood.
