Salzburg has a very efficient public transport system, comprised mainly of trolley buses and buses. They run to and from the Zentrum in all directions and mostly run at ten minute intervals. Thus, if you are out in the suburbs or wherever, you can catch any bus or trolley to the Zentrum. Tickets can be bought at Tobacconist shops or single trips from the driver on board.
