"Bar lo Gueno" Málaga Restaurant Tip by barryg23

Tapas bars are everywhere in Malaga but it can be difficult to find a quality, good value bar as many establishments are aimed solely at tourists. Bar Lo Gueno is certainly popular with tourists, given its great location in the centre of the city, just off a busy pedestrianised street, but it also offers delicious, good value tapas.

The bar has a large outdoor seating area, while on the menu is a great selection of tapas, raciones and half raciones, with an especially good selection of seafood tapas. Ruth and I shared 3 tapas in Lo Gueno - I think we had meatballs, pork and fried aubergines. All accompanied by a nice local red wine. Delicious!
