I think Chinese meal is an good experience for western peoples especially if you never try it. `The 1st time to eat with the two wooden long sticks, chopsticks, without the fork and knife.
`The 1st time to eat all the food likes soup, seafood, meat, vegetable similar like buffet table.
`All the meals on the table are shared among your friends and family. The piece of meat/fish/vegetable you like to eat, you need to take it with chopsticks or spoon.

I like to eat fire pot, especially diner with a group of friends, order abundant plates of different seafood, meat, vegetable on the table. Select the food you want and put it in the hot water pot until it cooks. The hot soup can be different ingredients e.g. chicken soup, pork bone soup, beef, fish soup .... spice or no spice....
Don't forget to try a bottle of abricot soup, it is a partner drink for a hot pot, sour taste, it helps to digestive and mild

This Fire Pot Seafood restaurant was close to Jordan MTR station. We booked a VIP room, available for us to talk and watch the television programme, it's the life style in HK, life cannot without TV too.

Favorite Dish: The dishes I like and good to recommend:

Whole Dorade fish sashimi (HK$128 / 12euro),
sliced beef (Big dish HK$138 / 13euro),
sliced lamb,
squid ball,
famous sea urchin fried rice with egg,
Emperor style hot pot soupe (chicken in wine).
The owner of the restaurant has a fishing port in Sai Kung, so they garantee seafood are fresh, delivery from Sai Kung everyday. Oysters imported from Japan and other countries.
