This site is different from the rest of the park in color and display of wonderful hill formations. There are many logs lying around the hills and in the valleys of purple and gray mounds interspersed with black, white, reddish and white colors of clay. The hike is one mile and paved but is a steep going down and back up. It takes you around some mounds to see the landscape of logs lying partially covered in some areas.
