Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: For Windhoek you do not need any special weather gear, just remember that in the winter months it can get very cold at night. The good side is that it is in the city and if you forgotten or missed something, you can still buy it here before you go on your desert road.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Windhoek is not a malaria risk area and no such tablets needed here.
