We had missed the ferry to Easdale where we planned to have lunch in a similar restaurant. Stopping at the Seafood and Oyster Bar was a good choice. This restaurant is housed in the micro brewery building and holds a lot of charm. Seating is available in the bar which has an old rustic feel, alternatively you can dine in the more modern conservatory. The third option is the patio where we chose to eat - we don't usually get the opportunity of 'al fresco' dinning but the weather was unusually warm for early Spring. The patio is on two levels but this place was busy and we didn't get our desired seat looking out to sea. Never the less we had a very pleasant lunch and could people watch on the upper deck or in to the conservatory.

Favorite Dish: The menu is extensive with lots of choices including vegetarian and children's' choice. Sea food features highly here with the best priced lobster platters as well as traditional fish and chips. Although I'm fond of sea food and was tempted by the smell of the mussel dishes I eventually plumped for a venison burger served with a tangy orange dressed garden salad. Kenny had oven baked ham baguette served with the same salad as I had. Service was friendly and efficient with no long wait despite the many diners. If you like a relaxed lunch this is the place to be.
