There is an outside market once a week by Recinto Ferial and the bull-ring, on Thursdays from 9-13:30, but I have been there earlier and it has been open. I have added a tip on the flea-market which is on Sundays, but this is the main market with hundreds of people visiting. It is very crowded and sometimes I just turned back as I couldn´t get through the crowd. But it is so worth it, it is so lovely and so much fun and things to look at and buy.

Mostly there are clothes for sale and bags and shoes, but there are also fruit and nut stalls. You can find a bargain here but I have found the same items cheaper in the stores so shop-around before you buy something there. I go there mainly for the atmosphere.

The bull-ring is open while the market is open so take the chance and visit the bull-ring.

From the center of town you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes way up to the "end" of Torremolinos. It is a bit tricky finding it for the first time, but I would say that the best way is from Avenida Palma de Mallorca, which is the main street in the center of Torremolinos, walk up Avenida Isabel Monoja then turn left on Calle Europa. This street will take you to "Ayuntamiento" The Town Hall, and from there you go right and cross the motor-way. There is always a crowd going to the market so just follow the crowd.

Address: Avenida del Real, by Recinto Ferial, Torremolinos
Directions: It is necessary to have a map to find the market. This is the area of Torremolinos where the Spanish live. The football stadiums are here, Auditorium Municipal, Palacio de Deportes and the Crocodile Park is here as well.
