Traffic accident in Rift Valley are not a rare sight, like this truck on the photo. Crazy drivers, high speed, vehicles in bad condition and bad roads makes Kenya a dangerous country to drive by road.
The main road from Nairobi through the Rift Valley is too small to handle all the cars and the heavy vehicles. The road was under maintainance when I passed through in August 2009. It will be wider and have a new asphalt paving.
