The Communications Palace was built by Antonio Palacios between 1905 and 1917 with a mixture of Romanesque, Renaissance, Gothic and a little French and Spanish Modernism styles. Inside is the main post office as well as the Postal and Telegraphic Museum Which displays quite a collection of both foreign and Spanish Which stamps date back to 1850. Free Admission.
