This Cafe is many types; both American and some Mexican cooking; health foods, down-home cookin', breakfast, lunch and dinner. It opened November 2003 and is established in both the Gringo and Mexican community to eat, as Cha Cha is deeply involved in the community for helping the local children by way of education, and has also recently opened an Assisted Living Home for the elderly! Some of the profits go to support these causes.

The ambience is very comfortable, with the chair covers all hand-made; photos on the walls and an album you can browse of the community events. The cooks/waitresses speak both languages and are very friendly.

Menu ranges from 'Napoli Omelets', to the Italian Sandwiches, Frappes, Chai Tea,myriad of coffee selections and homemade Desserts incld. Apple pie, chocolate, carrot or cheese cakes, flan, bread pudding, cookies AND Biscotti!

There are a couple tables outside where those who smoke may do so.
And it is quite possible to even be fortunate enough to meet Cha Cha herself.

Wine is now served.

Favorite Dish: I have only eaten lunch here, on both of my last trips to Rosarito and the baguette sandwiches are original and very tasty.This trip I had the 'Sicilian'. (Note: I guess Cha Cha is connected to southern Italy!) Each day there are hot special meals to choose from also.
