There are many great restaurants across Missouri. I only mention this one because it is that old fashioned kind of drive in place that was once so common. It is Simone's in Eldorado Springs.

Favorite Dish: I had a cheeseburger with sweet coleslaw on the top and spicey hot chili on the bottom. It was a unique blend of flavors and better than I expected.
