The Carnival like most cruise ship will dock next to Aloha Tower next to Nimitz Highway..
You just have to cross the street ( Highway)and walk toward Waikiki direction and about 3 blocks away from the ship you will see the street ALAKEA ...On that corner of ALAKEA and NIMITZ you will see a bus stop... wait there for the #19 and/or #20 ..Those buses will take you right to the USS Arizona ...
