Delicious, with stews and baked meats.
Gives the dish deep smoky,spicy flavour.
Also on the market can be found variety of fruits & vegs.
As Pelagonia plain is bread basket of Macedonia and apart of weath, frut & veg are grovn in abundance.

What to pay: Around €1 for big ripe grapes, €0.20 for 1kg of fresh tomatoes,same goes for 1kg of pepers.
€0.50 for 1kg of fresh peaches....
