where the emperor stays for 3 days a year for the good harvest ritual and it is called the Palace Of Abstinence (those 3 days, the emperor is celibate and does not touch his hundreds of concubines he he) and eat a simple vegetarian diet without wine. Located the northwest of the Circular Mound Altar and next to the west gate of the Park of the Temple of Heaven. The Palace of Abstinence has the the Beamless Hall, the Rest Palace, and the Belfry inside the mini complex.

Admission Price: 15 RMB per person (including children)
Combination Ticket (including the entrance fee, Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, Circular Mound Altar & Echo Wall) is 35 RMB per person (including children)

Directions: Subway Line 5: get off at Tiantan Dongmen Station, Leave from Exit A and you'll find the East Gate of the Park.
