Free tickets, long queues

Unique Suggestions: For a visit to Independence Hall you need a ticket that is distributed on a daily basis by Visitors Center. Of course during summer months with those hundred thousands of pupils and organised tours it is almost impossible to obtain a ticket after noon for the same day. I was at around 10.00 a.m. on ordinary week day in the mid-May and there was no tickets for the same day. I was advised to ask Park Rangers at the entrance to let me in with a group and it worked. But before that you will have to pass a careful search of you luggage (security reason).

Fun Alternatives: Of course you may also reserve a free ticket via a website but it costs money (not much but anyway it costs...)
