Macao Local Customs: 22 reviews and 94 photos
a standard in a tea drinking nation of Macau and the rest of Mainland China (but most tourist prefer iced tea while most locals prefer hot tea).
more flavorful than Lipton or Nestea. This Enclave of Macau, like the Rest of China, is a tea drinking country as Tea Leaves originated in China and was a closely guarded secret, punishable by death during the middle ages, and besides the hot tea which are more popular to the Chinese, there are many Iced Tea Brands that proliferate in Hong Kong of which you can buy at the various convenience stores around Hong Kong and at the markets and supermarkets and a bottle woll cost MOP 5 to 5.50 for a 500 ml bottle and MOP 9 to 10 for a 1 liter bottle. Nice way to quench your thirst after lots of walking around and you can buy them everywhere in macau.
