"Montana Bed & Breakfast with it all" Voss Inn Bed & Breakfast Tip by InsideoutTraveler
Voss Inn Bed & Breakfast, Bozeman: 90 reviews and 10 photos
You will love the Voss Inn! It is Victorian down to the nose, but it a well kept and friendly manner. The rooms are well kept: clean, fresh and cozy. The Pease Room is great for family or group travel. The 14-foot ceiling only adds to the space in this room. There is a large soaking tub with bubbles, and two beds (queen and king). A large table was good is good for spreading out maps/paper work if you are working.
The intricate woodwork and many antiques will make you want to stop and look.
In the summer, the innkeepers have a lovely garden, with many pungent roses. Like any good B&B, they have a porch that is conducive to lazing about.
This inn allows children (over 5), and that is why I suppose they have larger rooms like the Pease with two beds, although it works well for other situations also.
The owners of the inn also own an internet cafe downtown, with which they seem to be very generous. They also have an amazing collection of African Art, and some wonderful stories about their time in Zimbabwe.
They are conveniently located near the University, the Bozeman Hot Springs, Big Sky Ski resort and Bohart Ranch Cross Country ski .
Unique Qualities: The best thing about inns (sometimes) is how the innkeepers know so much about the area. They can help you find the right place for dinner (Lone Mountain Ranch) or the best museums (Emerson Center for Arts & Culture) in the area.
Of course the inn is also a reasonable distance from Yellowstone National Park, which is a must-see.
Breakfast at this inn is not-to-miss and very filling. Expect to skip lunch!
