There are several dozen, if not hundreds of apartment complexes in Icmeler. They're all pretty formulaic, with a swimming pool and bar - some are nearer the middle of town or further away. These are smaller than most, but otherwise pretty typical.
Cheap (well the package was), clean, well maintained, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly (as pretty much universal in this part of Turkey).
Unique Qualities: Mehmet, Carlos and Romeo could not do enough!

Comparison: less expensive than average
Directions: 2 blocks back from the beach, right by Tansas.
