"Ambassador's Pagoda" Hanoi Things to Do Tip by dancinbudgie

Hanoi Things to Do: 984 reviews and 2,248 photos

This is a beautiful pagoda...but sadly, in my mind, it will always stand out as simply "the pagoda where I nearly drowned in pee"! (travelogue and story coming).
It is called the 'Ambassadors Pagoda' because it used to be a guesthouse where visiting dignitaries from buddhist countries would stay. It is now one of the most popular pagoda's in Hanoi (as evidenced by the toilet...), and gets very busy, especially on public holidays.
