Easy enough - find the waterfront! Metropolis has many vantage points from which to view the scenic Ohio River. I'm always fascinated by water (I AM from Southern California, after all, and spent 13 years on the banks of the Mississippi River in New Orleans), so I could sit and watch for hours....
