Staff at the cruise terminal told us the fare at the café is not of outstanding flavour. From what we could see it was not fresh but kept warm on buffet facilities, so I can imagine that pasta gets a little muddy by the time. The hot lunchtime fare is more for the hungry than for gourmets. Also sandwiches, pies and filled rolls were available. We had not planned a big meal anyway, so just had coffees and cakes, and they were quite nice.

As we travelled on a splendid day, we sat outside at one of those benches that are directly attached to the tables, so nothing can fly away or fall over in high wind. Oh, that was soooo nice – as we had insect repellent and sprayed it all over us, including Kimi the Travel Bear.

In the evening you get hearty pub fare. There is a link to the menu on the link below.
