I just returned from a 12 day trip to India and Nepal. I visited Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. A fascinating country with so much diversity and heritage and a very interesting history. I was fascinated by the history og the Mughal empire and the Maharajas of Rajasthan.

You will be heggled by street vendors like there is no tomorrow. My advice: be deaf and blind to them, they won't bother you. Also when they ask where are you from, come up with a poor country, so they will leave you alone. If you say you are from America or Europe, they will heggle you to deah until you buy. Tha is of course if you can say you are from Africa and you don't look chinese. These kids are very smart and speak several languages (they beg in several languages :)

Bargain for the price. Never pay what they ask, always vut it by at least 50 or 75%. Most of what they sell is trinkets anyway. Otherwise, enjoy this fascinating country. Be careful with the water and food so as not to get sick.

I visited the Taj Mahal in Agra, Jaipur and Delhi.

Address: Agra, Jaipur
