Another interesting Neoclassical building located two block northeast from Central Park. I specially liked the blue façade of the church. It was one of the first buldings constructed in the city. Originally it was built in wood with a straw roof, burned down first in 1685, and then severely damaged by Walker the Filibuster in 1856. It was rebuilt in the typical Neoclassical style of the city, and finally restored in 1939.
