the blood compact site is the exact spot where the local boholano chieftains and spanish conquistador Miguel Lopez de Lgaspi in the 15th century had a blood compact (sandugo) wherein drops of their blood were obtained by slashing their arm a little and then the blood is mixed with the native brew and then drank by both parties as a means of an alliance against other rivals of the boholano datus. their are bronze statues commemorating Rajah Sikatuna and Miguel Lopez De Legaspi and there is an admission fee of 20 pesos to enter the site.
